Cathy Y. Zhang, M.D. is an Ophthalmologist and Cataract Surgeon at South Jersey Eye Physicians serving Moorestown, Columbus and Medford, NJ. Dr. Zhang received her medical degree from the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Following an internship at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, MO, Dr. Zhang completed her Ophthalmology Residency at the world-renowned Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia.

Dr. Zhang sees patients in need of routine as well as complex eye care and provides eye exams for cataracts, laser and surgical interventions.  Dr. Zhang performs cataract surgery with advanced lens implants including toric lens implants to correct astigmatism and multifocal cataract lens implants to help patients reduce their dependence on eyeglasses, reading glasses and bifocals.

Dr. Zhang is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Spanish.
